Turnaround Time


  • The typical turnaround time for edited is three weeks max.


  • A proofing gallery will be delivered within one week, allowing you to select your favorite images for editing.


  • Unedited/RAW images are not retained, and the proofing gallery will be deleted after selections are made.


  • Its recommended to book 1-2 months in advance to secure your preferred session date.

Deposit Policy


  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book and confirm your session.
  • The deposit goes toward your total session cost.
  • Without the deposit, the session is not fully reserved.


Booking recommendations


  • If a child exhibits any of the following symptoms (runny nose, fever, coughing), we kindly ask that you reschedule our session to ensure a successful and positive experience for the child.
  • Scheduling around nap times is crucial for a successful session. To ensure optimal conditions for the child, please avoid booking appointments too close to their nap times to prevent any potential fussiness.
  • For the best results, we recommend that children participating in the session be no older than 9-10 months. If a child is not comfortable with meeting new people, we suggest preparing them at our studio beforehand to help them feel more at ease during the session.
